This activity is taken from the “Supporting participatory dynamics” training module. It was developed by several members of the Train to Transform collective in order to enable organizations wishing to do so to set up a training course specifically dedicated to building the capacities of people in charge of accompanying participative dynamics.
The aim of this “Anti-participation tips” activity is to get participants to ponder about the mistakes they should avoid making to encourage participation, and the good practices they can use to promote it. It takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on the number and profile of participants.
