MPP runs training courses for social change facilitators and agroecologists in Haiti. During the trainings, the formation of working groups is always necessary.
MPP uses 4 methods:
Forming groups through the use of numbers
Forming groups using the animal call method
Forming groups through self-management
Forming groups through a speed exercise
Used at the beginning or during the training, these methods contribute to a good group dynamic!
